How to Use a Rice Cooker

1.       Use the measuring cup to measure the rice. 1 cup of uncooked rice will make about 3 cups of cooked rice. Wash the rice 3 or 4 times with fresh water in a bowl and wash until the water becomes almost clear.

2.       Put rinsed rice and water into the pan using the water level markings inside the pan. (eg: To cook 6 cups of uncooked rice, rinse it, put it into the pan and then add water up to the indication “6” on the water level marking). The water level of panis a guide. Adjust the amount of water to your personal taste.

3.       Place the pan inside the cooker, turn it lightly to the right and left to place the pan directly onto the heating plate.
4.       Plug in the power cable to switch on. Make sure the switch lamp is on. Do not switch on without the pan in the body.
5.       When the rice is done, the switch button clicks off. To keep warm the system starts working.
